Shipping:
Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. If an order is placed on the weekend and/or holiday, please allow 3-5 business days from the subsequent business day. During the holiday periods, please be advised that there may be delays with processing and shipping. Free shipping promotions only apply to shipments within the US, with the exception of Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Any international orders shipping to countries outside of the US will not qualify.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed or canceled, so please double check your information before submitting your order. Orders with items out of stock will either be replaced or canceled and payment will be refunded.
For international shipments, please be advised that the customer will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and/or fees. This is something that is out of our control and are import charges imposed by your country.
Disclaimer:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items for shipments with the status showing as "delivered". We kindly ask that all customers double check their shipping information and claim their package with the correct mailing carrier. Once we have shipped your package and have given you a tracking number, you, the customer, will be responsible for contacting the carrier/delivery service to resolve shipment related issues.
Returned packages due to incorrect shipping information will not be refunded the original shipping costs, so please make sure to double-check your information before submitting an order.
